Our fulfillment policy outlines the process, timelines, and terms related to the delivery of our services. Please review this policy to understand how we manage service fulfillment.

1. Scope of Services

SERP Horizon provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Website Design and Development
  • Brand Strategy and Consulting

Specific deliverables for each service will be outlined in the contract or agreement signed at the beginning of the project.

2. Project Timelines

Timelines for deliverables will be mutually agreed upon at the start of the project and outlined in the project proposal or contract. Timelines may vary based on the complexity and scope of the project, as well as the prompt provision of required materials from the client.

Note: Delays in client communication or provision of materials may extend delivery timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, clients must:

  • Provide all necessary information and materials (e.g., access to platforms, logos, and images) as requested.
  • Respond to queries or requests for feedback within 48 hours to avoid delays.
  • Approve deliverables in a timely manner to keep the project on track.

4. Changes & Revisions

We allow for two rounds of revisions for each deliverable, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Any additional revisions beyond this may be subject to additional fees.

  • Minor revisions are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days.
  • Major revisions may require additional time, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

5. Service Completion & Acceptance

Upon completion of each service or milestone, SERP Horizon will notify the client and request approval of the deliverable. Clients have 7 business days to review and approve the work. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the deliverable.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: As our services are digital and tailored to each client’s needs, refunds will not be provided once the work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice. For services already rendered or in progress, payment will be required for the portion of the project completed.

7. Force Majeure

SERP Horizon is not liable for delays or failures in service fulfillment due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
